Mr. Ebrahim El Khuzam, Aref Investment Group

Mr. Ebrahim Al Khuzam is the Chairman of Elaf Bank and the Managing Director of AREF. Mr. Al Khuzam joined AREF in October 2007 and was elected as a Board Member and Deputy Managing Director in AREF Investment Group (responsible for executive management), Chairman of Sokouk Holding company and Vice Chairman of Rubban Logistics Co. Throughout his career, Mr. Al-Khuzam has held key positions including as a consultant to the Chairman of Kuwait Finance House, as Chairman of Al-Muthanna Investment Co., and as the General Manager of Mobile Telecommunications Company (“MTC”) (now known as Zain). Other senior executive assignments include as Chairman and Managing Director of Communications Information Consultancy Group (“CICG”) and as Vice Chairman for M-Net Automated Baking Services, and as the General Manager of Kuwait Computer Company. This is in addition to previous posts with International Turnkey Systems “ITS”, the Ministry of Finance and the Military Construction Engineering Committee.

Mr. Al-Khuzam holds a B.Sc. Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Miami, USA.
